I completely understand your issues with plants. I almost always kill plants too. I'm trying again though and have even potted some herbs. Good luck with yours!

I love plants... I bought a slew of indoor plants when we packed our lives into a tiny little seminary apartment in Boston three years ago. Those plants have seen us through some long cold winters... Hope your hanging plants spring to new life soon!

I love having flowers and plants around and usually I completely neglect them and then they die. This year our plants are doing really well! They have flowers, they're growing...they're green. It's all good. Good luck with yours. :)

LOL! I thought the fertilizer box said "Viagra" at first. I guess even foliage needs help at times.

I could not be more proud...make sure you are watering early in the A.M. before it gets too hot...and be weary of watering at night...it attracts bugs/disease.

Kids are easier than plants-- they have mouths and can TELL you when they're thirsty. Good luck.

And good for you for using fertilizer. I'd be black-balled from our neighborhood if anyone even SUSPECTED I was associating with MiracleGro. Keep us updated!

I can't wait to see how well they survive :)

I have no green thumb either! I have the ability to kill ivy. The kind that you grow indoors, that you put into water. It's that easy - you stick it in water, not even dirt. And I kill that!

So I'm definitely rooting for your vegetation :)
